Postmaster not giving pensions to blinds, He needs bribe

Sirajuddin Ansari from Garhwa district of Jharkhand is saying that in his area post offices are cutting commission on the pension for old and handicapped. He is giving examples of two blind people who are not getting their pension till they pay a bribe. Postmaster charges 10- 20% of payment from laborers...

Mohammed Sirajuddin from Garhwa in Jharkhand says postmaster in his village charges 10% on all pension from central govt. He also charges 20% when any payment is made to a labor from the govt. Villgers suffering from lack of water, electricity and snake bites

Rebelled to work in factory, lost hands, job, community support
