Naresh Bunkar is calling to say that 2 days back he had recorded a message from Telaidabra village in Chhaparwa panchayat of Lormi block in Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh saying that both the handpumps of that village were broken from more than 2 weeks and Baiga adivasis were roaming here and there in search of water.
