Lost land to Narmada 20 years ago, no land, no work, no pension from Govt...
Pradeepji is visiting Bhadal village in Semlate panchayat in Pati block of Badwani district in MP where villagers tell him that there are 70 adivasi families in the village. Their land was submerged in Narmada river due to dam 20 years ago. Govt has not given them land for land as rehabilitation and also don’t give any work or social security pension. Amirsai Khusro is visiting Charduggu mohalla under Murgaon village in Udaipur tehsil of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where 23 Gond Adivasi families live and are grappling with the problem of water.
