ग्राम-खोली, पंचायत-देवरी, ब्लाक-जैतेहरी, जिला-अनुपपुर (छत्तीसगढ़) से उमेश पटेल बोल रहे है कि इसी वर्ष जुलाई में मुक्तिधाम तालाब के मेड पर बनवा रहे थे उससे कारण गाँव के लोगो को आने जाने में दिक्कत हो रहा था तो उन्होंने रोजगार सहायक को कहा एक कदम पीछे हटाकर बनवाइए उससे गाँव के लोगो को आने जाने में दिक्कत न हो तो वे नहीं मान रहे थे तो उन्होंने सीजीनेट स्वर में एक सन्देश रिकॉर्ड करने के बाद सीजीनेट के साथियों ने अधिकारियो के ऊपर दबाव बनाये तो 15 दिन बाद अब वे मान गए है और उसके पीछे हटाकर बनवा रहे है इसलिए सभी बहुत खुश हैं और सीजीनेट स्वर सुनने वाले साथियों को धन्यवाद दे रहे हैं जिन्होंने उनकी समस्या को हल करवाने अधिकारियों को फ़ोन किया | धन्यवाद.

To stop crime First Information Report is very important. Victim, witness or anyone who knows about crime can file FIR in nearest police station. It is your right under article 154. If police does not file FIR then they can go to jail for 2 years under article 1/217. If police does not file FIR then complain to SP in district and even if s/he does not listen then you can go to court. Police can not say that they will first investigate and then file FIR. Ramchandra Yadav from Rapapara, Sanmohar, tehsil – Bharatpur, district- Koriya, Chhattisgarh is alleging that local forest officers are selling logs from forests for personal benefits.
