The person she interviews says after this work they do not need to migrate to other areas in search of work. Arun Ji says our Govt is showing too much interest in giving land to industrialists but that enthusiasm is not seen when giving forest land to adivasis or sorting their land problem is concerned. He says in remote areas like Bharatpur Forest department officials are still creating havoc in adivasi lives and Govt has been able to deliver on its promise of giving forest land to many. Bhan Sahu is narrating her experience of visiting Tahsil administrative office and hospital in Ambagarh Chowki in Rajnandgaon district of Chhattisgarh. She found the administrative office to be closed because the officer looks after 3/4 Tahsils. People need the signature of the officer for school admission and agriculture work. Bhan Sahu is talking to some Congress farmer cell leaders in Ambagarh Chowki who are in the middle of a demonstration against use of machines in NREGA work. The Congress leaders say that farmers are getting cheated here in NREGA as the laborers are not getting work.
