Since then school is run in a rented room. Rs 2.4 lakh was sanctioned last June but nothing happened till November when he reported in Swara. Officials have sent a report to capital Raipur saying there is a hand pump in Bangar school. After that one teacher has started coming but second has turned only twice in a month. No mid day meal is cooked. The teachers have sent a false report to Govt with false signatures of 9 villagers.
