Pradeep is calling from Dhyana village and panchayat in Katthiwada block of Alirajpur district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Shanker Bhai who says Rs 70000 Rs was sanctioned silicosis patients last year but they have received the first installment of Rs 35,000.
