School handpump throws dirty water but that is used to cook mid-day meal...
Ravi Pandre is calling from Tisiya Dumratoli village of Pakhar panchayat in Kisko block of Lohardaga district in Jharkhand where villagers tell him that there are 2 handpumps in village school but one is broken from long and second is throwing dirty water which is being used to cook mid-day meal. 300 children are suffering.
