Villagers demanding school from 3 years but no one listens

Mangal Kunjam from Dantewada in Chhattisgarh is interviewing deputy sarpanch of Hiroli village Sonaram Mandavi who is leading a delegation of 5 gram panchayats demanding a higher school in their area. Mr mandavi says there are around 100 children in the area who have completed education till class 8 but the nearest the highschool in Kirandul, NMDC is more than 15 kms away. Anti corruption movement should also reach adivasi areas...

Mangal Kunjam is an adivasi from Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh who says Lokpal movement should also reach interiros of adivasi areas. He says there are lots of corruption going on in adivasi areas and corporates are taking away land, forest and water from adivasis by fraudulent ways. Essar wants land so distributes umbrella to please people...

Essar has a plant to transport iron ore in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh from last 5 years which has taken land from people. Now Essar wants more land and to please people they are distributing umbrellas and cows. No rains yet, farmers are a worried lot in Dantewada

Report about worship of rain God by tribals in Dantewada
