Sammat Singh Marawi is calling from Narayandi village in Dindori district Madhya Pradesh and talking to an adivasi farmer Gulab Singh who says four of them have not got money as promised under Haldhar Yojana. He along with other farmers have practised deep ploughing in the fields to avail the monetary help but haven’t got anything yet. They have contacted the officers but no action is taken.
