CR Bakshi from Raipur says CPI, CPM, Chhattisgarh Mukti Morcha and many peoples organisations have come together to organize a dharna in Raipur tomorrow to demand release of Dr Binayak Sen and repeal of CG vishesh Jan Surakhsa Adhiniyam. He says the decision against Dr Sen was influenced by police and was to make the state government happy and it was also to give a signal to every one who stands up against injustice that they will also face similar fate.

Raju Baraskar is raising the issues related to Public Distribution System. He says government gives equal amount of ration to each family irrespective of their size that is unfair for families with bigger numbers. He says many rich people are in the list of below poverty line who sell the subsidized ration in market. He urges all the governments to give adequate attention on the system so that the benefits reach the needy familes

Anil Bamne from Bilaspur says a 3 year old girl Swati has died of malaria this morning in Karikachhar village in Kota block of Bilaspur district. He says government is claiming that malaria has been eradicated and they have gone back to their lack luster attitude whereas the problem of malaria continues in the adivasi villages and government must put their acts together to stop these deaths

Praful Chandel from Bilaspur Chhattisgarh says the number of road accidents are increasing in such a speed that it has become a major public health issue. In places like Bilaspur where there are no public transport available people are forced to use private vehicles and people use it at which ever way they want in absense of strict implementation of rules which are giving rise to more accidents on road
