Vishnu Rajgadia has sent a report on the occassion of 5th anniversary of Right to information act. He says it is a matter of proud that we are celebrating anniversary of such a people friendly law. But he says some of Information Commissioners use red light vehicle which is against the spirit of this law for common man. He has started an online petition campaign for commissioners to stop using red light vehicles and requests everyone to join in the campaign
