Gopinath Ghosh from Jharkhand is telling us about a Drum rally being planned in Ranchin on 12th March to protest any proposed change in Chhota Nagpur Tenancy act. By playing drums in the rally the adivasis will warn the members of legislative assembly that they will not tolerate any change in the CNT act.
