We've electric poles & 2 transformers but they are like dry trees, give nothing...

We are living like animals in dark. We have electric poles and two transformers from 2 years but no electricity. When electricity dept people came 2 years ago they said to work for erecting poles so electricity will come faster and we all worked but of no use. These poles are like dry trees, they give us nothing says Tuman from Akrari colony, post Khaja, district Rewa MP.
