We have a water tank from 2006 but no water there, Pls call officers to help...

Ramdhari Yadav is calling from Trikunda village in Ramchandrapur block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to say that a water tank was built in 2006 but is non functional. More than 2000 villagers and students are suffering. This was complained to BO in 2013 and he gave assurance but no action has been taken yet.
