To make way for Vedanta, road connecting to village is dug

Mahammad Ashlam from Kalahandi says administration has dug up the only road connecting to village Bengopali for red mud pond of Vedanta refinery in Lanjigarh two days back. People protested and police has arrested 54 male from the village and have beaten up women. Villagers are sitting on strike in the police station. Administration is giving excuse of a court order for the action though the order has no mention of the road. For more Ashlam ji can be reached at 09437145786
