Govt rate Rs 1057 but farmer getting only Rs 800 for a bag of paddy, pls help...

Ajit Kumar Panigrahi is calling from Badavani village of Bargadh district in Odisha and talking to a farmer who tells him that Government has fixed a rate of Rs 1057 for buying a bag of paddy but the committee appointed by Govt for buying the same paddy are giving only Rs 800 for the same to farmer.
