Ration shops giving less Kerosene oil to BPL card holders

Ratikant from Raigarh in Chhattisgarh says that Govt websites are telling that everyone is entitled to get 3.85 liter of kerosene oil but the ration shops are giving only 2 liter to people who live Below Poverty line. People with Above Poverty Line card are not given any kerosene though the website says otherwise. It is a scam of crores of rupees and needs to be investigated.
