3 months have passed in new session but none of 3 teachers turned up yet...

Lalsu Nogoti has reached Etapally tehsil where he met villagers of Manewara village of Gadchiroli district in Maharashta who tell him that they have a school in the village till class 7 where 76 students are enrolled but none of 3 teachers have turned up in new session though 3 months have passed.
