Dhan Singh Parte is calling from Naigava Raiyat village of Nandram panchayat in Mawai block of Mandla district in MP. He says there was no source of water in their village and he recorded a message on Swara and after that they got water supply in village since 1st May 2015 but the pipeline broke on 18th May and this was complained to officials and in CM helpline on 27th May but no one helps.
