Rakesh Kumar Kesarwani is calling from Bhatthi Tola under Fuljhor village in Tyother tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says we are under Below Poverty Line but electric bill is coming as arbitrary without meter reading from January 2015. villagers are not able to pay this high bill.
