Ramashankar Prajapati is calling from Nastgavan Bhauji village in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where people were suffering because their hand pump was broken and no body was listening to their requests. Then they recorded a message on CGnet Swara and after that officers visited and their hand pump was repaired.
