Ramashankar is visiting Birpur village and panchayat in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Kamla Devi and Gulabkali who says that both are cooking mid-day meal from March 2014 in Education guarantee school Kharkauni but they have got only Rs 4000 till date and rest is pending.
