Villagers forced to borrow as NREGA wages remain unpaid even after a year...

Kamalkant Sayyam is calling from Kumli village of Mawai block, Mandla district in MP and talking to Mithanlal Yadav who says that 300 of them have carried out plantation work under NREGA but are yet to get wages. It has been a long time now and the villagers are forced to borrow from moneylenders to feed their families. They have appealed to local officers Collector but not received any response.
