Lalsu Nogoti is calling from Bhamragarh Village and tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra where farmers tell him that they were forced to sell their their food grains 9 months back in the Govt market yard due to monopoly procurement scheme under Adivasi Vikas Mahamandal.
