Hand pump broken from a week, mechanic not responding, Please help...

Triveni Prasad Verma is calling from Gadbhai village in Jaba block Rewa district MP to say that last month cholera had struck in our village (and 3 people died). After reporting on Swara our hand pump was repaired but now that is again broken from a week and mechanic is not responding. People are forced to drink dirty water once again and may fall sick.
