People smuggling Kerosene on bicycles, Pls call officers to stop this practice...

D. Varma is reporting from Charoda village of Durg district, Chhattisgarh and says he is witnessing 40 people here on the national highway trafficking Kerosene in drums by bicycles towards Raipur. This subsidized blue Kerosene is being used in trucks which causes great air pollution. I appeal you to help us stop them.
