Omprakash Saroha is calling from village Gudhar Panchayat Hardua Mahanadi Post Itaura district Katni in Madhya Pradesh. They were displaced by a dam which was built in 2000 but there village still does not have a road. They have requested many officials, MLA etc many times but no one helps.
