Mohan Yadav is visiting Tejpur-Tekranala village in Gram Panchayat Solpur in Dharmajaigarh block of Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh where he meets Sampatia bai of Pando tribal community who runs Durga Self help group who runs the local public distribution shop from 10 years. She says when others ran the store the shop opened rarely and people got ration late. Now the shop is open everyday and villagers weigh their grain themselves. Sampatia@9691902942
