Pabitra Mohan Ji from Bolangir district in Odisha is telling that Govt is building Lower Suktel dam in their area violating their human rights. Govt had first told them that they will be consulted. But on 8th April Govt started work with force and sent locals protesting to jail. Still they are continuing work with presence of 12 to 20 platoon of police.
