Anil Bamne says today I visited village Bamni near Achanakmar tiger reserve in Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh and was shocked to see the bad condition of local school. The parents told him that the teacher comes only once a week and when he comes he is always drunk. He is so drunk that often he pisses sitting on his chair. What can one expect from such teacher.
