104 villages in our adivasi block not connected with road, Pls call collector...

Ramchandar Singh, an adivasi from Adhaura block of Kaimur district in Bihar is tellign that they have sent a petition to collector that a scheme for tribal students has helped non tribals. There are no road connectivity in 104 villages in our block. They have also written to him about a dam where crores have been spent but it is already broken.
