Hospital was built 2 years ago in my village but the lock there is yet to open!

Baiju Prajapati from Giraudpuri village in Simaria block of Chatra district in Jharkhand says that a Primary health center was built in their village at the cost of Rs 10 lakhs 2 years ago but the administration has not been able to open the locks of the hospital so far.
