Give people 5 acres of land,education, they will be able to help themselves

My name is Munni Devi. I am calling from Rewa in Madhya Pradesh. I see so many malnourised children around and Govt welfare schemes are not reaching people. I request Govt to give each dalit and adivasi family 5 acres of land and some education. Then they will take care of their children and there will not be any need for these schemes.
