No teacher, No mid-day meal in Baiga adivasi village from 3 months, Pls help...

Anil Bamne from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is visiting a village called Anwrapani in Kota block and finds that the school teacher has not turned up for 3 months. The Baiga and Oraon adivasi villagers do not know where to complain and the school Mid-day meal committeed also is not getting any money from the state.
