Many Kondareddy primitive tribal families in my village do not have ration card

My name is Valla Kommireddy. I am calling from Kuturugattu village in Kunavaram mandal of Khammam District of Andhra Pradesh. We are from primitive tribe Kondareddy. We live on the top of the hill and need to come down to meet the officials but many families in our village still do not have ration card afer repeated requests.
