No subsidized fertilizer for farmers in Bilaspur

Upendra Vahinipati from Bilaspur is reporting that in the area farmers are not getting subsidized fertilizers. When the farmers visit the government shops they are told the consignment has not arrived whereas in the private shops fertilizer is readily available at higher costs. Till now there was no rain but when the rain has arrived there is no fertilizer. Authorities should look into the problem immediately
