After 11 years we have no ration card, no voter card, no NREGA card, Pls help...

My name is Edamaya. I am calling from Rangapuram village in Kottapally Gram Panchayat Dummugudem mandal of Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh. We migrated to Andhra from Orissa 11 years back.
