Women dump trash in Ranchi to protest land grab for IIM

Dayamani Barla from Ranchi in Jharkhand is sharing about a unique protest by adivasi women of Nagri village. The people are protesting a Govt move to acquire land to build Indian Institute of Managament there. As per adivasi tradition when a village is attacked by disease the women throw away trash from the village to another area. This symbolises the disease moving away from the village to the other area. Today they threw the trash in capital Ranchi. For more Dayamani Ji can be reached at 09431104386
