JM Rangeela is visiting Nawatad mohalla in Bandio panchayat in Chandrapura block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where he meets 15 Dalit families who says they were allotted support for toilets in year 2014-15 and the construction work also started but the contractor left the work half way though the money was taken out from Govt for the work.
