Krishna Kumar is calling from Pampapur village in Ambikapur block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. He says there is a village of Pahadi Korwa primitive tribes on south of their panchayat around 5 kms away on the hill. Work of rural electrification started there in 2011-12. Contractor made villagers work but did not pay neither he completed the work.
