Impact: Elephant broke my houses, now got compensation, built new houses...

Ruplal Maravi is visiting Mauharipara in Dandkava village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh where he meets Dharampal whose tow houses were broken by elephants. When he met his last he was living under a Mahua tree and officers were not giving him compensation.
