He tells about a village radhapur where the laborers have not been paid for more than a year and a complaint to Block officers have not helped. This is happening in around 25 villages and they are not getting any help from the forest or agriculture department. He says the idea was to solve villagers problems in thei villages and it was instructed that once in a week the village secretariate will listen to all the complaints of the villagers where representatives from all the Govt departments will be present.
