People starving as they don't have ration cards, officers not helping, pls help...

Ashok Kori Ji is calling from Basri Village, Block- Jawa, District- Rewa, MP where Loukesh Ji is complaining that some are starving because they don’t have ration cards for public distribution system and are forced to buy grain from market at high price. They have tried many times but the Secretary is just delaying and sending them home by giving some lame excuses.
