Bindeshwari Painkra from Kachnar Adivasi Vikas Sanstha in Surguja is Chhattisgarh is talking to some Korwa primitive tribals in a village up in the hills. They tell him that though they have NREGA cards but they have never got any work on that. They dug a well last year after Panchayat asked them them to do so but they are yet to get payment for the same.
