Polls were erected 5 years ago, but no electricity yet !
Jyoti Sahu in Kanker district of Chhattisgarh is talking to a villager from Patharripara called Durga Netam who tells her that polls were erected and wire were pulled in his village 5 years ago but the elctricity has not arrived yet. He says the Chief Minister makes big promises but after complaining to officials about no electricity from 5 years does not yield any results.
