Shankarlal Ji from Lalitpur district in Bundelkhand is visiting a village today where a group of women are getting ready to send a complaint letter to Collector. He says Govt has many schemes for poor but they are getting snatched by better off people with connivance of lower level bureaucracy. Govt has a scheme where these women are illigeble to get a support of Rs 400 per month but the local official is demanding half of the pension as bribe.
