Shankarlal from Lalitpur in Bundelkhand says nature is behaving quite strangely these days. There is an old proverb saying if Kaas flowers are blooming, you can hear foxes in forest and webs of spider are visible in open that means the rains are over. But it is still rainy season here.There were rains when there should not be and there are little rains when it should rain. This can spoil the next crop.
