Bhuneshwar from Charpara village in Janjgir district of Chhattisgarh says there was a list of people who were supposed to get assistance under Indira Awas Yojna but some people have been given support ignoring that list. He says he has not seen it but he has heard that the people who have got the house have given Ts 7 to 10,000 in bribe.
