Maximum NREGA money should be spent on water conservation

Sanjay Sharma from Chhattisgarh says that the state Govt has decided to spend NREGA money in Mandi, School and Panchayat development as well. He says so far the state has spent maximum money in creation of village roads which is the last item on the list of works in the act. The state is spending very little money in the first item on the priority list that is water conservation which could benefit 80% population of the state most who is dependent on agriculture.
